At Tier 1 Sports Nutrition, we are committed to providing a fast, reliable and seamless delivery experience across Hong Kong.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for dispatch.

Orders placed after business hours on Saturday, or on Sundays and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipment details and tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We currently deliver throughout Hong Kong using SF Express.

Order Weight Shipping Fee
Up to 5 kg HK$50
Above 5 kg up to 10 kg HK$80

For larger or bulk orders, additional shipping charges may apply. If required, our customer support team will contact you before dispatch.

Free Shipping

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all Hong Kong orders with a minimum purchase of HK$600.

The free shipping discount will be applied automatically at checkout where eligible.

SF Express Delivery & Self-Collection

Customers may choose to receive their order via SF Express door-to-door delivery or collect their parcel from an eligible SF Store or SF Locker, subject to SF Express service availability.

Please ensure that your delivery address or selected collection point and contact information are accurate when placing your order to avoid unnecessary delays.

Delivery Information

While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier operational delays

  • Remote or outlying delivery locations

Tier 1 Sports Nutrition is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your SF Express tracking details, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
